There are many amenities close by; Oulton Broad has a range of shops, restaurants, and the doctor’s surgery is situated in the village. Transport links are excellent with a regular bus service into Lowestoft (2 miles away) and the Norwich/London railway station is within walking distance.
Directly behind The Beeches is the Nicholas Everitt Park which has walkways directly linking to the Norfolk Broads where there is an abundance of wildlife.
